Refund Policy

Free Trial
Every new PlayerCard account includes a 24-hour free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required to start. You can explore the platform and build your profile before committing to a subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You will not be charged again.
- Your access and public profile remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your profile will no longer be publicly visible.
- Your account data is preserved — you can resubscribe at any time to restore access.
Refunds
Because PlayerCard offers a free trial before any charge, we generally do not issue refunds for subscription payments that have already been processed.
However, we handle every case with common sense. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, or have a compelling circumstance, please reach out and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
